The submission of contributions will be possible from 1 Oktober 2025 until 1December 2025, 23:59 Central European Time. The conference will take place in person and no presentations can be given or viewed online.

The authors will be notified at the same time as the programme will be published (on 23 January 2026) whether their contributions have been accepted and when the presentations (talk or poster) will be given.

Conference registration is required for all participants, including those giving oral presentations, presenting posters, or attending without their own contributions.

*Invited speakers will receive a separate invitation link for submitting their abstracts and registering for the conference.

Until the end of the abstract submission (1 December 2025), you can edit and update the submitted contribution yourself. You received the modification key by e-mail after abstract submission. In case of withdrawing of your submitted contribution, please inform André Wobst ().
