MAMI Tour

A tour of the Mainz Microtron MAMI at the Institute of Nuclear Physics will be offered. The Mainz Microtron MAMI is a particle accelerator for electron beams that is used for experiments in nuclear and high-energy physics. Tours of the QUANTUM and HIM laboratories

Laboratory tours of various working groups at QUANTUM https://physics.uni-mainz.de/home/physics-research/research-areas/atomic-quantum-physics and the Helmholtz Institute Mainz www.hi-mainz.de will be offered. Several laboratories will be visited in small groups.
